Company Policies

Booking & Reservation: Clients must book at least 2days in advance.

Pet Health: Pets must be healthy, fit to travel, and free from contagious diseases. Veterinary certificate may be required.

Disclosure: Clients must inform the company about any special needs (medication, anxiety issues, etc.).

Payment: Full payment must be made before transport.

Cancellation & Refund Policy

We understand that plans may change. To ensure fairness for both our clients and our team, our refund policy is as follows:

7 days or more before scheduled transport: Eligible for 80% refund of the total booking fee.

3 to 5 days before scheduled transport: Eligible for 60% refund of the total booking fee.

2 days before scheduled transport: Eligible for 20% refund of the total booking fee.

Same day cancellation / No-show: No refund will be issued.

Additional Notes:

Refunds will be processed within 7–14 business days. Any processing fees or transaction charges are non-refundable. Rescheduling instead of cancellation may be allowed (subject to availability).

Rider Policies

Rider Responsibilities

Safety First: Always prioritize the pet’s comfort and safety during transport.

Vehicle Cleanliness: Keep vehicles sanitized before and after every trip.

Time Management: Arrive on time for pickups and drop-offs.

Pet Handling: Avoid harsh handling; ensure water, ventilation, and comfort.

Emergency Protocol: Immediately report incidents (accident, illness, escape) to the company.

Rider Policies

Rider Liability for Pets

Full Responsibility: Riders are fully responsible for the safety and well-being of pets during transport.

Pet Escape or Loss: If a pet escapes or gets lost due to negligence, the rider will be held liable for recovery costs and may face penalties.

Injury or Death: In cases of injury or death caused by rider negligence (e.g., improper handling, unsafe driving, leaving pet unattended), the rider will be held financially and legally responsible.

Immediate Reporting: Any incident (escape, injury, or death) must be reported to the company immediately.

Investigation & Accountability: The company reserves the right to investigate incidents and take disciplinary action, including suspension or termination of the rider’s contract.
